Beer and wine come from alcoholic fermentation of sugars from cereal and grapes separately. You need microorganisms called yeast, specific type for each product. The concentration of natural sugar on each product brings ethilic alcohol and gas. Nice beer goes from 4 to 6 %Vol/Alc, wine is around 12 to 13%. That is in general. By the way, try Chilean wine Carménerè hah.

Wow.. I found ur video accidentally and I’m soo happy bout it … u give that calm vibe not only on this video abt meditation, but also in another videos such as “how read faster”. btw, I fully agree with u that peace and quiet reduce stress and improve memory. I’m almost finished my first year in Chinese foundation studies program ( Considering the fact that I graduated from a sports school and did not receive such a level of education, it seems difficult . Cause this program , require a lot of work to just get an min 2gpa and continue study in degree.) and only towards the end of my study program I discovered this technique (which really helps to calm down and summarize the actions performed and set further action plans). I want to thank you for your work and your experience in this field!! Such professionals are few and far between on the Internet. ( btw.. i would be grateful if u will comment and give some feedbacks abt this comment🙏🏻I have problems with grammar, if you have the time and the opportunity and desire, you can evaluate my writing of this comment text, and what would you do to improve? )

Thank you, James, for this video and for the points you make in it, such as the problem of the negligence of the nuances of words people use. I found that this negligence occurs not only in the English language but also in the Mandarin language. Some words become popular, and some people may swarm to use them as they are following a fad. But out there, each language has a wide variety of terms available for us to use, which is wonderful.
