I found ur video accidentally and I’m soo happy bout it … u give that calm vibe not only on this video abt meditation, but also in another videos such as “how read faster”. btw, I fully agree with u that peace and quiet reduce stress and improve memory. I’m almost finished my first year in Chinese foundation studies program ( Considering the fact that I graduated from a sports school and did not receive such a level of education, it seems difficult . Cause this program , require a lot of work to just get an min 2gpa and continue study in degree.) and only towards the end of my study program I discovered this technique (which really helps to calm down and summarize the actions performed and set further action plans). I want to thank you for your work and your experience in this field!! Such professionals are few and far between on the Internet.
